1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the bewi11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. Continued use of the bewi11 platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2 Eligibility to Register

To register and use bewi11 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are 18 years and above on the date of registration. bewi11 strictly enforces its age policy and identity verification is carried out for this purpose.
• You register as a private individual and not on behalf of any company, syndicate or third party.
• You are only permitted to hold one account only at bewi11. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• You have never been previously banned or suspended from using any bewi11 service.
• You register under your own name with accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
• You are not currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or in any situation that limits your ability to make financial commitments.

3 Registration & Account Management

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, phone number, email address, and any other required details. bewi11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

The KYC process typically requires submission of a copy of your identity card, passport, or other valid official document. This verification is conducted to protect your account security and comply with international financial security standards. Verification is completed within 24 hours on business days.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility unless you have reported a loss of access to us.
• Bewi11 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Bewi11 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your account within minutes.

For withdrawals, requests submitted before 10 PM will be processed on the same day, while requests received after that time will be processed on the next business day. Typical settlement time is between 5 and 15 minutes once the request is approved.

• The minimum deposit limit per transaction is RM 20.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

5 Bonus, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Bewi11 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and prize tournaments. Each promotion is subject to its own terms and wagering requirements as stated on the relevant promotions page.

Wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 50 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager RM 500 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and are valid only for the member who received them.
• Bewi11 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of promotion abuse.
• Each member is eligible to receive each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the validity period without prior notice.
• All promotions are subject to modification or cancellation by bewi11 at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bewi11 platform must be played individually and for personal entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, use automation software, bots, or any other unauthorized method to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

• The use of third-party software that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt bewi11 systems will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Game system results are final. bewi11 is not responsible for any game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Wins resulting from system errors or technical faults are not considered valid and may be voided by bewi11.

7 Data Security & Privacy

Bewi11 takes the protection of our members' personal information seriously. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

Bewi11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms or any suspicious activity. In such cases, any legitimate fund balance will be returned to the member once the investigation is complete, unless the balance is directly involved in fraudulent activity.

• Holding multiple accounts will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is grounds for permanent account closure.
• Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting our support team.
• Upon account closure, any bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.

9 bewi11 Liability Limits

Bewi11 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times; however, we cannot guarantee the service will be entirely free from disruption at every moment. bewi11 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or events beyond our control such as natural disasters or third-party service outages.

Online gaming involves real financial risk. Members are solely responsible for their own gameplay decisions, and bewi11 will not be liable for any losses incurred during play. We encourage all members to set reasonable limits and play responsibly.

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
